The song is a classic slow rock song, which has a similar feel to it as Fun & Games. Matt Black’s Radio Show Black on Tracks described the song as a mixture of Simple Minds and Ry Cooder which I feel as high praise as I love Ry Cooder as an artist and respect Simple Minds.
