I am very proud of my wife, she started her website www.susiehunter.co.uk about 10 years ago, as a way to share stories of our lives and her recipes so that friends and family could make the dishes that she had cooked for them. When her granddaughter Imogen went of to University, although the recipe was on Susie’s website, Imogen wanted to see just how the recipe was made, so we created a YouTube channel and it has taken off.

As of today, she has just 4,000 subscribers, wow!

She has had to create a second channel so that she can put up our holiday videos, as some people had left comments telling her that her channel was a cooking channel.

So now she has two YouTube Channels. This June we will have been married for 30 years, where has the time gone?

Anyway, I am very proud of her.
