I spent some time in Sydney, Australia. It a wonderful place full of friendly people, but being a stranger in a strange city I was out of my comfort zone for a while and for the first time I noticed how people in a city very much keep to themselves. In a city much more than in a town you get to feel very lonely. This song came out of those initial weeks.
Walking along the street, girls they look away,
what more can you say, they dare not see.
It makes me feel so sad walking around this town,
everywhere you go, it’s all the same, the same,
Chorus
So tears fall, as no one calls,
so you withdraw, and look so deep.
what do they see? Not you.
Verse Two
Gazing ate reflections, searching for solutions.
can not find a reason and question why, oh why,
Emptiness inside you, burning deep inside you.
Women all ignore you, they pass you by, oh why?
Chorus
So tears fall, as no one calls,
so you withdraw, and look so deep.
what do they see?
Chorus
So tears fall, as no one calls,
so you withdraw, and look so deep.
what do they see? Is it you?

Let me say what a pleasant – and moving – experience spinning “Tears Fall.” I love Peter Gabriel music, and your tune put me in that space.
Nice Work!
